Technical Banned account

Hello fellow Warmane. I'm writhing this from my new account. Why new? Well because my old account has been banned. It happened a long time ago but I just got back today and I wanted to play again. To my great disappointment I found out that my account has been banned for suspicious activity.

I've never cheated in games and I despise cheaters. Also my account has been stolen because when this ban happened I wasn't even playing on Warmane but on retail.

Is there way to get back my old account? It even had donor status and I really miss my old characters.
