WotLK Lost Activity rank

Hello, i'd like to complain about losing my activity rank (ambassador). Ever since i have been getting awarded 1.1 vote points a day but after a good month break i came back and saw that i'm back to the Agent rank. I played on this server since molten and find it weird can i please get an explanation for why this could happen?

You sure you didnt delete/sell characters and lost achievement points from your total? Maybe it works like that.

Or been banned. If you were banned, that removes your rank also.
