Technical Blocking for a far-fetched reason

Hello, please clarify the erroneous blocking of my account for allegedly using bots, this is a lie, I have never used bots in world of warcraft and do not intend to use them. I have been playing on your server for a long time, this is the first time this has happened to me. (Sending a ticket does not work, tried several times, and restarted and reloaded the page, etc.)
