    Issue with Missing Characters, Gold on 2 separated accounts

    Hello,

    When I tried logging in, I was shocked to find that all my characters, along with their hard-earned gold and valuable items, have vanished into thin air.

    I have two accounts, and each account had just one character on Frostmourne, so losing them feels really disheartening. I've dedicated a lot of time and effort into building up my characters and accumulating wealth, so this situation has really dampened my gaming experience.

    Here are the account details for your reference:
    Account 1
    Character Name: Glinta - Mage
    Server: Frostmourne

    Account 2
    Character Name: Glintana - Priest
    Server: Frostmourne

    I kindly for assistance in investigating and resolving this issue. It would mean a lot to me if you could restore my characters, gold, and items as soon as possible. I'm eagerly looking forward to playing the game again with all my progress intact.

    I'm always surprised how many people simply miss that their realm is seasonal - and all that happened is the season coming to its planned end.

    You might want to transfer them to icecrown and play there.

    You are right, I solved it for both :D

    I did not know its a thing when I started playing.

    For any one else, all you need to do:
    Got to -> https://www.warmane.com/account/services

    You should log off from your account before starting the process.

    1. Select the server and the character. from FrostMourne.

    2. In the last dropdown to the right select server transfer.

    3. Select the server you want to move that character too.

    4. Click the tos/I understand checkbox.

    5. Click the button to proceed.

    Log back in 30min ish. and you are all set.
