Issue with Missing Characters, Gold on 2 separated accounts

When I tried logging in, I was shocked to find that all my characters, along with their hard-earned gold and valuable items, have vanished into thin air.
I have two accounts, and each account had just one character on Frostmourne, so losing them feels really disheartening. I've dedicated a lot of time and effort into building up my characters and accumulating wealth, so this situation has really dampened my gaming experience.
