As title says, i have quite a few quests and i am unable to complete any of them.

I have the "Poke and Prod" quest, in Icecrown in which i have to kill 3 types of mobs. After killing 1 the quests doesnt auto update and i get no notification of killing the mob for the quest. I killed 2 or 3 of each but still have 0/5 for each slain mob.

Another example is in the Forge of Souls. I queued for FoS to complete de quest and get further into the PoS. I got the quest to kill the 2 bosses, i killed them and finished the dungeon but the quest is still active and the it shows as the bosses not slain.

Is this any known bug? How do i fix this?
