Change XP Rates on other client

Hello,

I saw you've implemented the feature of changing XP rate. Which I love. Now I've seen you click on the XP bar to change the rate. Now I dont use the client from this page. When I click the xp bar nothing happens. Is there a way to get to this feature otherwise? (:

It's probably an UI change addon or something like that. Try disabling addons.
