WotLK Issue with the quest of Tome of Divinity

so I leveled up my character and when I reached level 80 I remembered that I forgot to do the redemption line quest to get the skill... but when I went to check Brother Wilhelm in Elwynn Forest the quest was nowhere to be found so I thought maybe I started it somewhere and forgot to finish so I also checked Duthorian Rall, Stephanie Turner, Gazin Tenorm, Henze Faulk but still nowhere to be found ... I don't know what to do.

i even used an addon to check the status of the quests if in case I started it somewhere without finishing, check the screenshot.
