Realms Make the new server stay at vanilla forever,or just make a seperate vanilla serv

I think the interest for pure classic server is much bigger than 3 expansions evolving one. We already got wotlk and TBC is kinda unpopular. Can the new serv stay vanilla only or make a brand new one where our chars will be transfered after it goes to tbc era? Im pretty sure this will be popular demand.
