My connection went down for 5 minutes and when i tried to log in again i took the message: "This account has been locked but can be unlocked." I tried to sent ticket but i failed. Please fix the problem, i didn't something wrong againts the rules of the game.

Relog on the website should fix "Account is locked but can be unlocked" / "Bot Network" ban.
Wait few mins before trying to login in-game.
If it's either of those, but relog doesn't help after few tries, contact [email protected]
Other reasons: Help! I have been hacked/banned for no reason!
