    IP adress ban - anyone got reply or unban?

    Hello everyone!
    I know we all have issues with this IP adress ban and we all have been locked or else.
    I send e-mail for unban request on [email protected] twice, but there is no answer for me!
    I want to ask does anyone got reply from staff or anyone have acc unbanned or something?
