Technical Character recustomization question

in Character recustomization It says that the name, appearance and gender are changed... but I don't want to change the name... Is it possible or does everything have to be changed?

Recustomization costs 10 Coins and provides:
- Character's name, appearance and gender can be recustomized
- Recustomization is completed through the character selection screen in-game
- Recustomization is irreversible and not eligible for refund

Note the words: "can be", not must be. You can change appearance, gender and name, but you aren't forced to change things you want to keep.
