WotLK The account has been locked but can be unlocked

Even when i try to write at my account > support (i cant post it )
Anyway , i already had this problem many times becouse of my internet (i even spoke to admin in game "he said ill be okey unless i use some BOTS and i dont use any BOT ), i dont use real internet i share it thought my phone (4g+) then i play wow couple hours ago everyday.
So far , this ban appear from time to time, but any time i log into warmane site and refresh it would be go off, and i could log into game ... this time is different story , ban is still there and i have no chance to log into game
i would like that this change , cuz its kinda boring and i aint BOT or using one
Also my other account is also banned , i would like that to deal with both of them

same happening to me , my client is stick showing that msg , whatever i write it shows the same thing, i can log to my account and use it on website but ingame i dont seem to !

This happens to me regularly but I'm eventually able to login after a few tries. Today it was impossible. I read some info on Support Q&A - Server/Client FAQ and found a tip: use a VPN and it worked! I use Proton VPN it's very good and it's free.

how long does it usually take watmane support to reply ? i been unable to play game for whole day cause of the same problem
