Technical Ban lifted but I'm still flagged

Hey, I was wrongly flagged as "Illicit gold purchaser" and my ban was deleted, but all my gold has been deleted and the GM insists that I had been trading with scammers/getting illicit gold. OFC I was not aware, how would I?

The only time I traded gold (that I gave) for nothing, was when I paid a lvl boost for my alt character! and it was just 10k.
I never received gold without items in return, I don't even know what are u referring to in the Ban Appeal.

I won't accept that you took all that I legally farmed to keep me flagged as illegal, just to wait for another ban (next time you will perma) and lose all the time/effort/money I invested in this server. I need you to review this together with me, and make things clear.

You are calling me a thief, a scammer, or whatsoever. I won't accept this as part of my game experience. I never stole, I never cheated, I never lied to anyone to get anything. This is just outrageous, and the fact that I paid to avoid this situation makes it even worst.

I deeply regret it.

Even thought I understand that this is a serious offense that harms the server, and that you must act accordingly, you are making a terrible mistake by flagging innocent ppl for accepting trades.

I buy items in bulk, and save in saronites. You flagged me cosz I sold the saronites.... I use to trade 20k/60k per day, everyday. I don't know who traded me "tainted" gold, or traded me scammed things. I just see an item and 1 of the 12.000 nicknames of the server. You are the one with the power and knowledge to make the RIGHT decision, I'm just a player that logs on his own account.

You said that I traded 20k without an item in return, but I only paid that amount for a lvl boost of my alt character!!!
How would I know what's gonna do the person with the gold after it????

If I'm risking being flagged as scammer FOR ACCEPTING item/gold from another scammer without intention or knowledge, then I don't have anything else to do here, because you will at some point make a permanent ban on my account, just because you think you should (and what's 1 on 12.000, right?).

At this point I feel like a waste of time to wait for you to ban me for something that I didn't do.

I won't accept that my gold went to zero for being misflagged. I was farming legally all this.
And I won't continue playing, waiting for a ban, if you insist that Im illegal.


I bought a goddamned premium status to avoid this, it's unbelievable.

Excuse me with the insistence, but I need to have a communication and interaction about this and the staff closed the Ban Appeal.
If you don't want to handle this as part of the staff, just ignore it, but please don't delete it. It took a lot of time and effort to farm my things just to be misflagged and now being in risk of lossing it all. If you would sympathize with me, you would understand that as a legal it makes no sense to keep playing in a server where the GMs call you a cheater...

The same. I have been unbanned and they showed me the list of transactions where I get gold without items payed back. Noway to explain that it was crossfaction gold trading (I shared my banking thread link, but it didn't help)

Your ban wasn't deleted, it still exists and will remain in your records. All that was done is you were given a second chance by Support, so the remaining duration of the ban was pardoned. Losing the gold was part of the punishment and would have happened even if the ban wasn't lifted. Support's decisions are also final, there's no "appealing the appeal," especially since you received a favorable answer (the ban duration being lifted). If your appeal had been denied you could try to ask for a pardon again in 30 days, but that doesn't apply to you.

This isn't something up to discussion in the Forum, so the thread will be locked.
Refrain from opening new threads as you have done before, it won't have any positive outcome.

PS: As I've told you before, you never "paid to avoid this." Being in a Premium account doesn't include any sort of immunity or special leniency regarding punishment when our rules are broken.
