Good afternoon. I bought the sword Glorenzelg, High-Blade of the Silver Hand after which I started being sent to battlefields with very strong players.
I have 3000 Gearscore and my enemies all have 6000 Gearscore. I realize that this distribution works so that I should be regestered with players of my gear level.
But for some reason, I'm being rostered with players with much better gear than me. I think it's because I bought this sword and the game thinks I'm very well equipped.
I ask you very much, please remove this sword from my character, give me back Coins and make it so that I am caught on the battlefields with players with the same equipment as me.

If you are eligible to refund an item, you will have a Support ticket option for that. No ticket option will mean the item isn't eligible, likely because the time-frame to ask for a refund is over. Either way, though, I'm not sure removing the item will do anything. Players will have to confirm, but I recall people saying even deleting any gear didn't put them back on the low bracket. And before you ask, no, it wouldn't be done manually.

I only have the Ban Appeal category. That's because I didn't buy the coins from you directly, I got them from a friend. I don't have premium on my account.
Are you saying that I ruined my character with this purchase?

friend, I created the character one day ago. I pumped him up, bought myself a weapon with official warmain donation.
I just bought a weapon, and now I'm registering with 6000+ gearscore characters when I have 3000 gearscore.
How do you suggest me if I can't win on Battlegrounds because I can't even do damage to an enemy character.
I need to win 100 bg to get 5500 Gearscore.
Just imagine, I need to win 100 times against people who have 6000+ Gearscore when I have 3000 Gearscore.

But to answer your question: Your only way to get into low bracket is playing a different character. Just don't try to cheat the system by donating for 284 items in the future. You should be fine.

I will have to delete the character and all the items purchased on it, because it is impossible to have 2 DK on one account. Also, no one will return the time spent on pumping to me. And if I still can't make a refund of coins for the sword, then I don't see any point in playing on this server at all. When you contribute money to a project, you should be sure that in case of problems, they will help you. At the moment, I see that no one cares about my problem. If this continues, my friends and I will have to look for another project, and warmane will simply lose 5 investors.

Bro, this server is more or less 10 years old. Most of the players are really well geared by now, i dont think random battleground looks how people are geared, it just throws random players in it, doesnt matter if u are 3k gs or BiS. Either suck it up and grind for gear, either way i dont see how you survived in real life since you are crying and complaining about some stupid thing. As far as im concerned, nobody will miss you and your 5 "investors", Warmane will survive without you with its 15k+ other "investors"

In theory if you destroy the weapon you will be put in the lower bracket again.
But, let me insist: as soon as you get any piece of gear from icc/rs/wrathful you will be in the upper bracket again, regardless of how you obtained it. Are you never going to gear up? You will start getting honor and with it you will buy the wrathful cloak (for example) and you will be in the higher bracket again.

But you didn't? As Blind questioned and you ignored, you start by saying a friend gifted you Coins, now you're trying to change your narrative to say you've donated, I guess in the hopes that would make a difference. But you prove yourself that if you used any money, it was to buy Coins from a third-party, not in donating to us: if you were in a Premium account, which comes with the minimum donation, unless it has been changed without notice you would be able to create more than one Death Knight. That, along with skipping the requirement to have a previously leveled character, were part of the Premium pack.
As Blind also concluded, it seems you tried to game the brackets with a higher iLevel weapon and it backfired. You also probably were past the deadline to ask for a misbuy refund. But let I remind you of something: brackets are a custom change we implemented, there were none in retail; you would be going against those 6k "gearscore" people no matter your gear, because Battleground put everyone together. The only difference here is that there's a small step first, but you would end in the high bracket anyway, and with lower gear than others, unless you somehow obtained gear to jump you to the same as them in a single go, as even items in your bag or bank would be counted anyway.
All of that aside, though, the matter here is you seemingly didn't donate anything despite your claim, but are wanting a refund after the grace period we offer. You can try emailing Support if you like, maybe the consider it (although buying Coins is against our rules, so I wouldn't hold my breath... the item might be removed - without any Coins refunded).
