WotLK Merc mode bug in blackrock?

I have 3 Warlocks in Blackrock 1 for each spec , And my Afflic is my main where it used to be Undead and I faction changed into HUman - but everytime I enter BG I end up as a HORDE (I swear to this is the 9th straight time and all this while I have already opted out and disabled merc mode 2 weeks ago)

Also I thought I swore I saw an in game setting of turning the merc mode on and off before.

but with all that being said , I'm deffo bugged. Any help? tia

Mercenary mode is forced in blackrock. Disabling it doesn't do anything.

O i c , thanks for the clarification but what are the odds of me pulling up on horde for 9x straight bro? lol

Very high since everybody is ally for the racials.
