WotLK a cheater camping human starting zone

a lvl 1 rogue appeared in the area and started killing every one but his lvl stayed always as 1 he is one shotting me a lvl 8 warrior with ease despite him being a lvl 1 rogue. i have seen him lvl up but his lvl never changed from 1 and he is camping the human starter zone

Not a cheat. They just made level 1 character as strong as they can.

Heirlooms, powerful enchants on them. Few other nice enchants all around. You may have higher level, but your gear power wise is around level 1 character.
