WotLK I have logged after 850 days and my character is gone

Hey Guys,

How can I contact Warmane Support, so I can be assisted?

I have logged into my accounts after around 850 days. I had a Mage 80 and now it is deleted. When I am changing between the realms I see 1 Character in Icecrown as it should be, however, when I log in there is nothing. Can you help me to resolve it?

There isn't anything Support will be able to do about that. A level 80 character wouldn't be removed in a clean-up (and if it had just lost its name it would still be there, just with gibberish for a name that you would be prompted to rename). For such character to be gone, someone deleted it manually from within the account, and on a different computer, which is the cause for the "1." If by any major strike of luck the character was deleted within the last 30 days you will be able to use Restoration in the Services page (https://www.warmane.com/account/services) to recover it. Otherwise it's gone for good, all you can do is properly secure your account so it doesn't happen again.
