Its not a bug, it was made like that by blizzard, don't attack orcs and it will be fine... or wait for next expansion.

I find this funny, because as an orc I feel like I never resist cheap shots or the warrior charge.

stun resist actually is not working as intended, along with instant poison proc rates being insanely high.

Haha yeah, same here, I also play orc and I don't remember that stun resist xD maybe we are not that lucky.
