Technical Warmane Wow.exe Issue

Problem I am having is every time I click the wow.exe file, from the folder I downloaded off the site. it opens in windowed mode, gives me intro video, and makes me scroll through Eula every time I open wow. it doesn't save my graphics settings or audio. is there a way to fix this? please let me know
