Hello, I would like to donate to server and buy item from store i just have qustion if the item will be permanent for character ? even if they will be deleted or something becouse it will be bigger donate ... Thank you for answers ...Also item is from level 80 but im 73 now.

If you delete your character for which you bought item for coins, item is gone also.

You did not specify an item, but equip items are permanent. Level requirement on all items is respected, so you must have 80 to equip.
If you ever accidentally lose an item you donated for, open "item missing" ticket and you will get the same item again(do not abuse this system or you will never be able to use it again).

So i can buy item now its a weapon and equip it at level 80 ?

Yes, you can buy item now and equip it when your character meets requirement for that item
