WotLK Characters Deleted?

Hello guys :) , I hope everyone in the team is well and ready for the holiday seasons :D .

The reason I reached out today is because me and my partner wanted to play together some WoTLK as we did not had the chance to play in quite a long while. Unfortunately when I logged in none of the characters were there. I have not logged in into her account yet ( CHARLEYC ) my account is : (Razgnar0ck)

I was wondering if there is any chance to have the characters retrieved pretty please :) or we lost all of them due inactivity :( . We still have the files with the characters within the game folders as we did not deleted the game just life got in the way ..

Inactive characters 50lvl and lower were permanently removed.
All other inactive characters had their names deleted(rename required when logging in).
You can transfer characters from latest season Frostmourne to Icecrown, previous Frostmourne seasons characters are permanently gone.
Otherwise someone logged your account, cleaned you out, deleted or traded your characters away.

Hi thanks for the clarification :) most likely they were removed with the cleanup as we were only lvl 30 or so.
