WotLK why warmane banns Iranian players from ICC?

it has been two week Iranian players cant log in to icc. is this a bug or a new policy? please realize that Iranian people has nothing to do with their government. if it is a political thing or just a bug please do something about it.

Warmane doesn't block the connection. It's your government or internet provider that blocks it.

its just ICC. but i understood it is not from warmane. its very strange though. just ICC is he problem. all other realms are ok.

Because they have only blocked the IP address and port where Icecrown is hosted.
