Good morning everybody . The guys spent 20 collected points to change the race on the Ice Crown server.
I play for the alliance, the druid wanted to change to tauren, in the end I bought a function in the game menu that appeared to change the race, but it only allows you to change the hairstyle and name and does not change the race. Tell me how it works, what should I change or did I just waste 20 collected points?

Yes, you have wasted your 20vp. If you want to go from alliance to horde or vice versa you should opt for the faction change option that costs 30 vote points/30 coins. Next time be more careful when choosing an option.

You've picked race change. With druids you can only be 1 race in any faction so you were left with changing just name and character recustomization, that's all race change can offer for druids. Next time you have 30vp pick faction change.
