I did all the achievements for Winter Veil, to get the title. But for some reason I can't do the chivment [A Frosty Shake], because the necessary item didn't arrive in the mail, as I searched on YouTube, when doing the achivment [On Metzen!], the winter veil disguise kit arrives in the mail after 24 hours , I already made this finding over 5 days ago and until today the item I need to complete [A Frosty Shake] and finally finish [Merrymaker] has not arrived.
