Technical Mini map bug - Quests

Good afternoon all, could someone please help with my questing issue?

When I log in, the numbers on the map show for my quests - but when I exit the map, they completely disappear and will not show up again.

I have disabled addons, no go.
I have reloaded my game. - It doesnt recognise /reloadui
I have reinstalled the game still a no go.

This makes even seeing the quest area difficult as there are no numbers or blue boxes, yet completed quest hand ins still show.

I have checked my settings as well to track quests automatically - turned it both on and off - still no change.

Is your quest log completely full? I heard of a bug that would cause the pins to disappear if your log was full, but I don't know if it still exists.

Hello, thanks for your reply, I only have 21/25 quests.

I have tried to abandon a quest - no go
I have tried accepting new quests - still nothing

On MoP I do not have this issue, only on classic servers.
