Name theft, coins theft.. what the f***?

Soo... I made a ticket ingame already and got a subpar response "we cant help" lol..

For my characters name to be stolen in the first place the devs had to actively enforce a name change onto my character... so someone out there has stolen my original rogue name on ALL realms on this server with help from the devs... the name Ghostwalker.. it belongs to me, they even went as far as actually changing my account name along with the stealing of the character name... that was also Ghostwalker... lol....

How and why is this ok? its pretty disgusting to go away for a few months come back and your account has been just decimated by

You can't rename characters to have numbers in their name but that is what the server does when characters are subjected to the annual cleanup. Nobody is renaming accounts.

I mean I have a friend list full of names with just numbers. Does the annual clean up remove character usernames or what? just want to understand how that works lmao

Yeah, instead of removing the character name it becomes the counter portion of their GUID. Leaving them blank was causing issues.
