If the item isn't in your mailbox within few hours (<2 hours), make sure you bought it for the right character from https://www.warmane.com/account/history.
If you bought the item for a wrong character, make an 'Item Misbuy'- ticket https://www.warmane.com/account/support?do=new. Or send email to [email protected] if your account isn't premium.
If the item still haven't arrived after some hours, make a website ticket (the 2nd link in my post). General Enquiry, or potentially Item Missing, if possible.
