I bought item from the website for 14 coins with new year discount, item didnt come to my mailbox in game, please help me to fix my problem. FIXED TY AND SORRY, just need to wait little more time:(

If the item isn't in your mailbox within few hours (<2 hours), make sure you bought it for the right character from https://www.warmane.com/account/history.
If you bought the item for a wrong character, make an 'Item Misbuy'- ticket https://www.warmane.com/account/support?do=new. Or send email to [email protected] if your account isn't premium.

If the item still haven't arrived after some hours, make a website ticket (the 2nd link in my post). General Enquiry, or potentially Item Missing, if possible.
