WotLK Netherwing Drake" Mount bug?

Hello all.
My problem is with this Mounts

I do all quest and i get max rep with Netherwing Drake (on wings of nether)

I was try to go buy mounts but they all want to kill me.
I think Mordenai dont want to give me last Q "In Service of the Illidari" and i cant change to orc.

I do:
-collect feed
-kill orcs
-collect crystals
-free dragons
-kill huge boss(he have key) and rescue big dragon
-speak with Mordenai and get max rep and item.
Maybe i do something wrong or something miss??

Can sombody help me?

U need "the right stuff" maximum fly speed to unlock rest q chain from Mordenai
