Can someone link me where the rules for ingame names is? couldnt find it in the rules. therefore, dont know the rules on that.

There aren't any specific guidelines written anywhere, because it would only lead to people trying to work around them and then whining that they didn't break any rule like some sort of gotcha that they think would allow them to keep it, I guess. Consider it to be GM discretion whether a name is acceptable, and be a decent human being with common sense (even if pretending is required for some) when choosing a name.

Yeah, trying to argue with a GM with explanations of how some name is fine in your opinion won't have any positive result. If it's deemed unacceptable, deal with it, pick a new one and move on.

I mean I just recieved a 2 day ban for a first time ban on a innappropriate name, I understand it is innappropriate but thought a warning and flag me for a rename would be the first action not insta ban. It is what it is, guy already warned me ingame but didnt have points to do a rename in time.

Usually Warnings are reserved for things that could have been an honest mistake, I suppose. On most cases people know very, very well what they are doing when they go edgy on their characters' names.
