Green Dragon hunter's quest bugged ! No quest loot

Killed mob 6 times in diffirent ways, no chance to get his tooth. But i saw people with quest trinket, what is the problem ?

Some of my hunter friends have said that Artorius won't drop his head if the dot ticks from Serpent Sting get the kill...has to be a direct attack. Maybe it's a similar bug for you?
