Hello,
So i just came back to Warmane, or at least i'm trying to.
I used to play on frostmourne 2 , the seasonal server, and i made sure to transfer to icecrown when transfers were open before season 2 frostmourne ended.
I even logged in with 2 of my characters on icecrown at the time and met with previous guildies just to make sure the transfer and everything was ok, and it was.
This was around May 2022.
Now i log back here, i see that my account on the website remains, i still have a few coins unused from back then, but i have no character anywhere on any realm ?
What happened here ? Please don't tell me that characters get deleted after a certain period of not logging ? I thought that Icecrown was a longterm server ?

I also have this problem. I lost my mage along with other toons. Idk if they have it backed up.

Logged wrong account perhaps?
Doesn't look like it's been played or traded based on gear.

Frostmourne 1&2 - Gone forever.
Any other realm below level 50: characters are deleted.
Any other realm above level 50: deleted by user / waiting for rename / double check other accounts.

i think mine was on frostmourne 1 & 2. they were 80. sad that theyre just gone.

It wouldn't be sad and they wouldn't be gone if you transferred them to Icecrown. If you left for over an year after finishing FM Seasons 1&2, they'd still be playable.
