Help!

I can't retrieve my email address for my accounts. I was not playing for almost a year and this update came up where we need authentication codes.
Now, these authentication codes were sent to my email address which I can't retrieve.

Please, help. I can answer any questions, authentications, verifications needed just to have it back.
