I was part of this community for really long time, from Molten days... I didnt play for about 1.5 year, and today I tried to log in, unsuccessfully.
I had premium account since I donated long time ago, and a lot of maxed chars.
Just to send this msg Ive created new account. Ive tried all available options on webpage to retrieve my user, but those didnt help.
I see in Armory that someone took my chars and playing with them.

Can you please help me to to send you necessary info where is needed in order to retrieve my account.

Are the chars actually yours? Do the names, races and classes combinations with achievement match yours?

Either they were sold from your account, or somebody plays on your account. Either way, your account's security is up to you.
You can try to regain control of your account through the support email, but anything you've lost won't be compensated.
