Bug in dungeon

Hi I've join a dungeon, cant remember the name if it and every time i log into my character the game kicks mt out en the program closes. So now i cant play on my account or on my character because the program shuts down after giving me a error message ans it's the same for my daughter's one character the accounts name is andre1, with her death knight, desdemonaia. So please could you fix the bug pleas

Why not try to unstuck your "bugged" characters from the services section in your accounts?

It only give me the option till were it shows my character and then when logging in the game loads halfway and and then cant log in at all

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:*Free>Character Unstuck
It's free anyway.
