    Payment system was blocked for you

    Hello, I honestly have no idea why this is a problem, but I want to make a payment from my account and it gives me that error, I had never tried to make a payment before, please I would like to know if you can help me with this problem.. THANKS

    Try prepaid cards if available. If not, contact paymentwall through donation screen's "HELP" button at top right corner. They'll probably ask you for a photocopy of your ID to let the transaction go through.

    EDIT: At what point do you get the block message, and what it says?
