I spend about an hour every day waiting for a RDF in Icecrown, which is the most populated realm. I can't even begin to imagine what it's like for people in Lordaeron, which is a dead realm.
Could you please make the RDF cross-faction (Horde/Alliance, not cross-realm)?

The only thing that will speed up the queue is increasing the number of tanks and healers without increasing dps. Cross faction and even cross realm wouldn't solve this. The only thing that can solve it is people not congregating on a single role.

Roll a tank. I always get instantaneous queues.

With cross-faction and cross-realm, shouldn't the wait be a few minutes?
If there's interaction between wotlk servers, the queue should last seconds and not minutes.

Let's say the faction balance is 1:1.
You'd get double the amount of tanks: Awesome.
You'd get double the amount of healers: Nice.
You'd get double the amount of DPS's: Goddamit.
Nothing would change.
What you'd want is double the tanks and healers, without doubling the DPS. That's something we can't simply have.

As a suggestion: roll a healer or tank.
I cringe every time i hit the go button as resto, but someone's gotta do it.
