How do you know all your gold is gone if characters are deleted? Anyway..

Sounds like you have some security issues as somebody was able to login to your account without detection and knowing your 2FA code. Had a friend over, logged from friend's house, or do you share your PC? culprit is probably one of those. Or did you by any chance give your account details for somebody to donate on your behalf, only for you to fall a classic scam. That's also against rules btw.
