so i bought ashen ring on store thinking i'd be able to bypass farmjng rep (i'm lazy), but obviously i require the rep for it so i just wasted coins..

i've submitted a ticket in support but i'm a lil impatient i guess so i just wanted to check if i'd be able to get refunded on the item?
