Well, it seems to be still active. Since it shows in both barracks and armory, it's not deleted. Deleted character wouldn't show up on either. Nor is it listed for sale.

I recommend you doing the in-game ticket on your account. Though you might be redirected to other support channels (website ticket or support email [email protected]).

You could put your character to barracks, and login. Logout and remove it from barracks and log back in. See if that helps.

side note: if you plan on playing that rogue of yours, rename it. Doubt staff finds your KKK name "haha funny" once reported.
