Hello, I made a donation today, but the coins are not appearing in my account. However, the charge has been processed on my credit card.

The money is put on the side until transaction actually goes through. If it doesn't, money should return to your account. You need to contact paymentwall for support (Help request on top right corner of donation window). Paymentwall is most likely flagging the transaction suspicious, and wants you to send photocopy of your ID to them. If this isn't something you wish to do, use prepaid cards in the future if possible.
