Technical I can't create a ticket, IP ban

Subject: Your IP Address has been suspended

Description:
Your IP Address xxx.xxx.xxx.xx has been suspended for 1 year 18 hours due to Too many bans registered on IP

Hi, what can I do about it?

It's been a while since I created an account here, however, I can't play because my internet IP was banned, but I never got to play on this server, I would like to know how I can do to be able to play it?

I asked for references of wow servers to play on, and they strongly recommended your server, but until today I have never been able to play.

Why we should consider your appeal:
I never even got to connect to the server.
What may have happened is that I live in the interior of the state of São Paulo, Brazil. And here, when you hire an internet provider, the Internet Link IP is shared among all customers.

Even downloads made by the MEGA server have a download limit due to the shared IP. Please, what can we do about it?

What comes to illegal characters, try to send write it without using !"#¤%&/()=?+--_:;{[]}*' if the message still contains illegal characters, don't use ,. either, only letters.

I created the ticket explaining my situation, 2 days ago and so far, nothing...

I have a ban appeal ticket closed 18days ago and still waiting . I think they will review the ban but idk how much time it will take. We just have to wait
