WotLK The game silence me

Good evening, I wanted to talk to you because I have a problem I think serious enough, already in 2 characters I have, I'm new to the server and well this didn't happen to me in other places. Every so often, the game silences me, I can't speak for 1 minute and I don't know the cause, because sometimes it silences me even without me having spoken since I entered the character, is there a reason?

You might be running an addon that spams certain chat channels. Try running a clean game and see if you have same issue.

do you use "carbonite" addon?

If so, you can go to carbonite options, go to Privacy & Com and check the 2 boxes; "Disable global channel" and "Disable zone channel"
