WotLK I forgot my email and can't login because of authenticator

Last night I restarted my router and when I logged back in this time it needs me to verify using the authenticator. That's the main problem I forgot my email that is using for this game and I didn't write it down because I didn't know that it needs verification when restarting the router. I know the password of my email (not this one of course) I just need the name. My username is kalog5 that contains 3 characters (rogue,warlock and DK). Someone please help I want to continue playing :( this time I will wrote down my email in the notepad.
