Technical bought an item havent received it

bought an item via the Warmane website but haven't received it in game, cant make a ticket as the only option is ban appeal
pls help

Only coin items can be returned within 24 hours of misbuy if something went wrong with the purchase. If website ticket doesn't offer "Item Misbuy" -ticket, you'd need to contact [email protected] for support, but ONLY if the item was bought with coins. Point/trade items don't get support on that regard.
