My roommate's account got banned. His toon names are Demontools and Holypalaa (both Alliance). He has already created a support ticket but there isn't a response yet. We use and play on the same ISP/network so it baffles me to know that he gets banned for being a bot. He logs in everyday and do weekly raids as well. He has shared his account to other user(s). He is aware of the risks and accepts them at his own responsibility. The user(s) live in different countries which is why his account might have been flagged as a bot. Kindly assist to remove the ban.

What happens with his account is his responsibility. If he shares it with a botter, that's purely on him. "But he didn't know!" doesn't matter, it's his account that was used to bot.

If he shares it with a botter - He isn't. He is a donor and has more playtime than both of me and my friend combined.
"But he didn't know!" doesn't matter, it's his account that was used to bot. - Yeah, that's what I am contesting. Whatever "checks" were made to identify the "bot" activity, be it manual or automated, is clearly flawed and if it's automated, the system doesn't work.
