1. When the true raid boss is another player

If you saw some guild streams about BWL or soon AQ40, Consumables, explosives (cristal charge, enginnering) and most important world buffs are required to not only beat a raid but actually make progress trough, that's because as we know warmane insist in players doing 40 man raids with 15 ppl died from the begining (25 man cap raid) and what happens in a pvp realm with clearly fatherless players? camp buffs and consumable shops (flowersong spot, zandalar isle, darkmoon faire, etc..) and you think "if the raid comes as 25 man group all along should be fine" and actually you right but no. Campers are smart enough to bring to the spots a priest/shaman in case rogues are killed, even if the priest gets kill various buffs and effort are gone.
Since the world pvp logic doesn't compel the pve content in vanilla, i bring 4 possible solutions to solve this problem.

    1. Chronoboom: Besides being a feature from classic, the chronoboom not only helps with the buffs but help tanks and healer don't lock themselves in the log off unable to do another dungeons or doing proffesions.

    2. Special NPC: In the beginning of MC/BWL/Onyxia/AQ40/Naxxramas should appear a NPC who gives all possible buffs the player can obtain in that moment (making certain buffs not available like warchief blessing for alliance or darkmoon faire in not initial week schedule)

    3. Treuce zones: You remember the bug when winterspring becomes a pve zone? well we can apply to the zones who make entrace to raid or buff (STV, Blackrock mountain, Eastern plaguelands, SIlithus, Feralas and Dustwallow marsh)

    4. Nip in the bud: Nerf the 40 man raids related to the amount of players there (25) making in order the buffs a help and not a need

  2. 5. don't change anything. you can clear all the raids without world buffs, it's not a requirement. it's healthy for the server for friendly pvp encounters to happen at buff locations & raid entrances.

  3. +1 Chrono & "Special NPC" would be a cool idea, Treuce zones I don't think so because it would ruin WPVP. Also Winterspring wasn't bugged, PvP was intentionally turned off because of the event happening at the time, but yeah adding Chronoboon or Special NPC would be healthy for the server, more people would be active on their characters, they wouldn't have to log off and wait for raid time once a week, they wouldn't have to worry about priest/shaman dispelling and purging all the buffs and wasting all of their time which they already wasted by being logged off because they couldn't play the game.

  4. When you are in a bad group it can definitely feel like you need a ton of consumes and wb to get through it but when you do the same content with a group of people that know what they are doing without consumes, world buffs and only have average gear and the content seems easy then it is clear that it is a player skill issue and nothing to do with the tuning. Instead of worrying about what extra power you can gain in order to overcome the challenge make sure you got the tactics right and that everyone is following correctly, you can have all the world buffs and best gear and consumes it will not save you from dealing with a mechanic the wrong way.

  5. 1. Chronoboom: Besides being a feature from classic, the chronoboom not only helps with the buffs but help tanks and healer don't lock themselves in the log off unable to do another dungeons or doing proffesions.
You can buff 1 hour before raid or play on alts after main is buffed. Personally i dont feel like its missing but extra QoL is always welcome so this is only point i agree on.

    2. Special NPC: In the beginning of MC/BWL/Onyxia/AQ40/Naxxramas should appear a NPC who gives all possible buffs the player can obtain in that moment (making certain buffs not available like warchief blessing for alliance or darkmoon faire in not initial week schedule)
So basically you want reward (world buffs) without putting in any effort (getting them) ? Dont you also want all the BiS gear at start of the raid ? It makes no sense.

    3. Treuce zones: You remember the bug when winterspring becomes a pve zone? well we can apply to the zones who make entrace to raid or buff (STV, Blackrock mountain, Eastern plaguelands, SIlithus, Feralas and Dustwallow marsh)
That would kill world pvp. It is part of the game and world buffs are the main reason why pvp players go there and not elsewhere. Even if you die and lose them, all raid content is doable without them. Many guilds die half way through raid, lose them and still finish it without problem.

    4. Nip in the bud: Nerf the 40 man raids related to the amount of players there (25) making in order the buffs a help and not a need
Health of bosses on onyxia realm is already adjusted to reflect raid size. Same with some mechanics for example chromaggus debuffs affect less players. And there is no need to nerf damage because tanks are as tanky in 25 man raid as they were in 40 man and you already need less healers to heal 25 players.
