WotLK Unable to Purchase Skinned Whelp Shoulders on Blackrock

Hello, my character on the Blackrock server has reached a rating of 1850 in 3vs3 solo queue. I need to purchase the Skinned Whelp Shoulders (Heroic, 264 item level) which requires a rating of 1850 in either 3v3 or 5v5. The icon is already lit up, indicating it's available for purchase, but when I right-click it, it prompts me that I haven't reached the required rank. Why is this happening? Warmane team, if you see this message, please help me!

Solo queue doesn't count as 3v3. You need to play actual 3v3 arenas with a team to buy that gear.
