Site Can't make a support ticket.

Hey, I have a pending issue for support and I don't seem to be able to make a different ticket than a ban appeal.

Is there any way to contact support other than ticket? I'd be glad to receive any information.

You can contact Support with [email protected] for issues that you can't open a ticket for due to being on a regular account.
Otherwise, other ticket options are open for Premium account, like Flereous says.
