Technical Realm change

Good Day, I read up online that under services there should be an option to realm changing which would cost half my gold coins , however I do not see this option. I am looking to change my lvl 66 character from Lordaeron to Onyxia to play with friends in the future who started the game recently. Is there any other way to manually change realms still ?

Just the fact that the max level in Onyxia is 60 should give you an idea why this isn't possible.
