Hello comunity, i hope many will agree with me so we can get rid from boost sellers across realm.
-They spam global chats using bot system with different characters 24/7.
-Making Warmane Market place and nothing else.
-Boosting people for gold on others back? im ok with that, but dont spam chat 24/7 and dont find people on global to do it for you, create guild and bring fools that will accept that.
-Also i would like that warmane administration think about boosting lowbies and reservating items in 25 pug runs,
Once you reserve items for self, less people will donate for item and less Warmane will keep running.
I think Warmane need to clean this servers from players such these somehow.

You can put them on ignore, or get addon that filters chat based on keyword(s); boosting, recruiting, coins etc.
There's even addon to increase the amount of players you can ignore.

Not a staff member. Boosting PvE content is perfectly fine. Reserving items is fine. If people keep reserving BiS items, wouldn't it push players to donate? Then again, reserving is often done in PUG's, so one should be free of it in guild raids.
Nobody forces you to join raids with reservations. You could make your own raid with reservations if you want.
They are players just like you, not breaking any rules. There's no need to "clean" them away.

- Im okay with boosting a friend, but boosting 1 or 2 man with gs 3k in raid with 23 6.3k+ and reserving items and taking gold for this, is a little bit scamm, because people who dont have time for joining guild dont have other option after work than to enter that raid. No other choice.

Items are reserved in advance, you have option to join or find another raid. It's fair for leader to want something out of the effort of leading up to 24 players with their room temperature IQ's. Or when you have to tell them every single thing they must do in a fight they said they've done 100 times.
If BoE's aren't reserved, how should they be rolled? MS>OS? Can you say for certain the winner would equip it? Or free roll? Why free roll, what would you do with a BoE that's not for your class, and something you literally have no use for, would you pass on loot? No, you wouldn't, you would bank or sell it, for your own benefit of course. Not that different from the person reserving it, now are we?
Again, free choice of leaving, finding other raid, or even hosting one yourself. Since you don't like boosting or BoE reserves, don't do it either. I'll gladly join your raids since there are nobody being boosted, and I have a chance to roll some BoE's. :>
15 players after 1 item. 1 reserves it, and the item is often reserved (like STS in RS25). The PUG maker wouldn't donate it, they are leading RS25 PUG's anyway. Those 14 other players aren't going to bother leading & reserving, might as well donate for it, or better yet, lead raids while reserving BoE's, and selling them in Warmane's Trade section for coins, and then buying STS HC.
As long as there's Trade section, people will turn in-game items into coins.
Though, you really talk a lot about PUG's, since guild isn't feasible, I don't think there people donating for pre-BiS items anyway, they'd donate for BiS items.
Reserving items can't be any noticeable factor in donations anyway.
Ah yes, person interested in making piles of game gold can't be interested of the lore. It's like me saying "Since you care about this game so much, you don't care about real life at all."

I wonder how PvE boosting is not against ToS when several players got their accounts banned for selling Fragment of Val'anyr boosts some time ago and they stopped doing that.

As long as there's no real money involved, so-called "boosting" is allowed, as is the reserving of certain drops if the Raid rules clearly specify so before it starts. Players are free to not join Raids doing either of those things, finding another one or creating their own themselves.
